Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
Welcome to Lane Cove West Public School!
Nestled among trees and wildlife on Sydney’s North Shore, our school of 474 students offers a warm, inclusive community where every child is supported to reach their potential. We aim to prepare lifelong learners and responsible global citizens through a strong focus on literacy, numeracy, science, arts, and sport.
Supported by our parent community, our dedicated staff provide engaging, challenging learning experiences, while our dynamic extracurricular programs let students explore their talents. With excellent facilities such as our state of the art STEM room, incredible new playground and sandpit, and unique features like therapy dogs, resident chickens, vegetable gardens, and a fish pond, students connect deeply with our school life.
We nurture academic success, wellbeing, and our values of responsibility, respect, and endeavour. I warmly invite you to explore our website and learn more about how we can support your child's journey of growth and discovery.
